Donald Williams is EVP, Chief Digital Officer for Horizon Media. He is also the Co-Founder of Chapter & Verse (web3 marketing), and Night Market (retail media, ecommerce), and serves as a Board Director for both Blue Hour Studios (creator led content) and First Tube (live media). As an Executive Board member of the world’s largest independent media and marketing services provider, Donnie manages all technical, performance, content, and commerce, capabilities. He manages a team of +400 employees with established capabilities in New York, Los Angeles, and Toronto. He works closely with C-suite, senior-level marketing, and technology leaders for more than 150 companies across retail, financial services, CPG, consumer technology, automotive, media, healthcare, and travel industries. Donnie also serves on the Corporate Development team influencing strategic investments for Horizon Holdings.
