Dan leads One Unilever, the global creative unit that steers the creative output for the entire Unilever business, which includes iconic brands such as Ponds, Hellmann’s, Comfort and of course, Dove, the network’s most celebrated and longest standing client (65 years and counting).
Prior to Ogilvy, Dan worked at many of London’s leading agencies including The&Partnership, Leo Burnett and adamandeveDDB, where he was Deputy ECD and where his work won 6 Cannes Lions Grands Prix and helped steer them to become Agency Of The Year at Cannes.
Dan has also spent time client side at Google and in a noble attempt to change the course of history, side-hustled for a while as the Creative and Strategic Adviser to the political organisation, The People’s Vote.
Throughout his career, he has produced iconic advertising for some of the world's best known brands, such as John Lewis, Virgin Atlantic, Netflix, Harvey Nichols, McDonald’s, The Sunday Times and of course, Dove.
Multi disciplinary thinking is at the heart of his approach and he has also found himself conceiving and branding products and retail concepts, designing mobile phone operating systems, curating major art exhibitions featuring the work of artists such as Damian Hirst and Alexander McQueen, devising branded TV shows and designing award winning fashion boutiques.
His young daughters thinks he makes pancakes for a living.
